Sarah Dingwall

Sarah Dingwall is a glass artist by accident. A very happy accident as she was diverted within her arts degree at Monash University and has emerged a glass artist of some distinct talent and originality. Her first offerings were stunning glass rings, bold and bulbous in colour and dichro…then came the petit shroom’s in test tube style necklaces or free standing glass objects. Most recently are the glass houses, hanging vessels in glass that encase treasured finds like moss & moth wings and last but not least the plump glass birds filled with her very own backyard chook feathers. The combination of natural finds with glass works brilliantly and is fortunately an affordable creation for collectors large and small.
