Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard shipping rates:

Australia (Express with tracking): $16 AUD
New Zealand (with tracking): $30 AUD
International (with tracking): $46 AUD

A small number of larger or more fragile pieces ship at a higher rate. Where that applies, the exact cost is always shown at checkout.

Shipping Provider

We use Australia Post for shipping to customers within Australia and New Zealand. All international orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Within Australia: 1–7 business days after dispatch
New Zealand: 6–12 business days
International: varies by destination, typically 6–27 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email to the address you provided at checkout. This allows you to monitor your parcel's progress.
