At Pomme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.
Return Timeframe
You have 21 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
What Can Be Returned
Eligible for return or exchange:
- Full-priced items in original condition
- Items with tags still attached
- Unworn and unused items
Not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items (final sale only)
- Special order items
- Items without proof of purchase
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
Refunds
Full-priced items: Refunds are provided as store credit (Credit Notes valid for 12 months from date of issue)
Faulty items: Full refund to original payment method or exchange
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind returns
How to return
For online purchases:
- Contact us within 21 days of receiving your order

- Return items in original condition with tags attached
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)
- Return items to: Pomme, 545 Mornington-Tyabb Road, Moorooduc, VIC 3933. For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
For in-store purchases:
- Bring the item to our store at 545 Mornington Tyabb Road, Moorooduc, VIC 3933
- Include your proof of purchase
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
Faulty or damaged items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at pommemornington@gmail.com or 0414 752 209
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund to your original payment method
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items
Gift returns
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you: * You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return * Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be issued or mailed to you
Processing Time
Store credit notes are issued immediately upon approval of return
Refunds for faulty items are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
Australian Consumer Law
Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
