Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You'll see the exact shipping cost for your order based on your location and the weight of your items.

Standard shipping rates:

Australia (Express with tracking): $16 AUD
New Zealand (with tracking): $30 AUD
International (with tracking): $46 AUD

For parcels weighing less than 1kg. Items over 1kg will be priced according to weight, with the final cost shown at checkout.

Shipping Provider

We use Australia Post for shipping to customers within Australia and New Zealand. All international orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Within Australia: 1-7 business days after dispatch

International orders: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 6-27 business days)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email to the address you provided at checkout. This allows you to monitor your parcel's progress.
